Our products are handmade and each piece is unique so there may be small differences compared to the photograph in our shop.

What are the terms of the guarantee?

Each of our creations is made in accordance with the regulations in force both at national and European Community level.

We guarantee that all placemats and coasters can withstand contact with objects having a maximum temperature of 180 ° C. They can be cleaned with a simple damp cloth and have good resistance to accidental impact. You can not cut it over.

Lampshades are made according to proven craft techniques and are suitable for all types of lamps (Attack E27 and E14)

The cushions and all the fabrics produced in our laboratory show the labels according to the law for use and conservation.

How can you buy on "La Corallina"?

How much are the shipping costs for Italy and / or abroad?

In Italy shipping costs amount to € 9. If the customer exceeds the total purchase of € 45, the shipping costs on the national territory are free.
For abroad there is a fixed shipment of € 15 (only within the European Community, better defined as EURO ZONE).
It is also possible to ship to the United States of America with a fixed contribution of € 60.

LAMPASHADES: Lampshades can be used for a lamp or for the ceiling?

For online purchases we provide basic lampshades. If you want a lampashade for the ceiling, just enter this simple request in the “PURCHASE NOTES” to be filled in when entering the data in the Shopping Cart.

LAMPASHADES: are they compatible with all light bulbs?

The frames that we use for the production of lampshades and appliques are prepared with standard “E27” connection. On request we can supply, for free, the reducer to the smaller “E14” size.

BASKETS AND TRAYS: how can I customize them?

Inside our e-commerce it is possible to buy rectangular and round trays and baskets. Once you have chosen the format, simply match one of our plates (rectangular or round). For those who already own one of our plates and want to turn it into a tray just proceed to purchase the only tray.

Service and Shipment

La Corallina offers a customer-friendly shipping service. You can have your purchase sent to a different address than the billing address (for example if you want to make a gift). it is possible, SPECIFYING IT IN CUSTOMER NOTES at the time of purchase, to have delivery to the floor or by telephone appointment.

Each shipment is tracked through the “Crono On-Line” service of Poste Italiane S.p.A. which automatically generates transport information to the email provided by the customer
