Product Realization:

All La Corallina products are handmade, one by one, and may be slightly different from the photographic content on the website www.lacorallina-firenze.it.

Small imperfections are not to be attributed to a manufacturing defect but to the particularity and material of the product, entirely handmade.

Borders, trims, color gradations, and contrast levels may differ from what is displayed. La Corallina products are made at the time of ordering, La Corallina does not have a warehouse with ready-made products, therefore it takes up to a maximum of 7 working days to complete your order.

Shipping costs:

Shipping to Italy has a cost of € 10
For orders over € 80, shipping is completely free.

We also ship our products throughout the “Euro Zone” asking for a contribution to the shipping costs of € 15.

It is also possible to ship to the following non-EU areas by applying these different shipping charges:

United States of America 60 €
Russia 65 €
United Kingdom 45 €

Customs fees are charged to the recipient and never included in the cost of sending.

Invoice issue
Any request for an invoice must be made at the same time as the purchase. It is sufficient to fill in the “SDI” and “VAT number” data when completing the order.

Shipping method:
Our products are transported by the BARTOLINI Express Courier
The BARTOLINI company will automatically send a communication containing your tracking number to the email address and mobile number indicated in the order.

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 working days. (Our products are handmade and therefore require ad hoc processing)

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days with Bartolini

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our first goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for some reason, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Complaints: complaints for defective, broken or delivered products in visibly not intact packaging must be received within the day following receipt of the products. Complaints received after this time limit will not be accepted. In order to apply the return clause for defective / damaged products, ACCEPT SHIPPING WITH RESERVE, that is, placing a reserve on the waybill before signing for acceptance.

If you receive any products damaged in transit, please DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY. Contact us immediately to schedule the collection and replacement of damaged items. Photographic documentation is essential for filing a claim against our shipper.

We remind you that it is necessary to accept WITH RESERVE at the time of delivery by the Courier in order to proceed with the reimbursement of damaged goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the items within a maximum of 14 days after delivery. We will return the amount spent for the order, net of the shipping fee of € 5, (five) within 5 days of receiving the goods in stock and after careful assessment of their integrity.

When the right of withdrawal expires:

The right of withdrawal is totally lost in cases where La Corallina ascertains:

– Even partial use of the asset.
– Products made to measure, with specifications indicated by the customer, (so-called customized product).
– The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
– The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, …);
– Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal
